Getting Started in Toilet Verse Tower Defense

Lobby, the 20-minute code wait, City Easy, a miner, and AFK coins before you touch Boss Mode.

Getting Started

This is the first-hour plan for Toilet Verse Tower Defense (TVTD) on Roblox. You join a 50-player lobby, step on a platform, and place toilets against cameraman waves. It is not Toilet Tower Defense. The official experience is Place 15560168390 by the Toilet Verse group / iBugou, currently on Season 7 Multiverse.

Your job in hour one is not to parasite a Titan. It is to learn the lobby, start the code timer, win City on Easy, park a miner, and decide whether Premium is worth the AFK multiplier. Everything else on this wiki assumes those five things are done.

Minute 0–20: lobby, not the Codes button

Launch from the official Roblox page and wait in the experience. Codes need 20 minutes of playtime before Redeem will accept a string. Mashing the left-side Codes button on minute two fails silently. Use that wait:

  1. Open the unit inventory and note that you equip five toilets for a match.
  2. Put an economy unit in slot one if you already have Miner Toilet or Drill Miner. If you do not, keep the cheapest starter that generates cash and do not fill all five slots with lookalikes.
  3. Stand on the AFK pad or queue City Easy so the timer is not wasted staring at the shop.
  4. After 20 minutes, redeem every live gift on the codes hub. Follow how to redeem if you cannot find the field. Paste exactly — case matters.

Coin codes pay placements and upgrades. Gem codes feed crate spins. XP potions skip the slow unit-level grind. None of that matters if you spend the wait in a Hard lobby you cannot finish.

First match: City Easy only

Step on the City platform and pick Easy. You want the City (Easy Mode) badge, a clean win, and enough cash flow to see upgrades, not a highlight clip. The maps guide lists every other lane; ignore them until this badge is in the inventory.

Place the miner on a safe corner that covers the lane without blocking later DPS. Place one damage toilet at the first bend. Upgrade the miner before you spam copies of the DPS unit. The placement cap sits around 15, so fifteen level-1 toilets lose to five upgraded ones. If a placement is wrong, inspect it and sell — controls shows the PC click and the console R2 / B-O path.

Skip leftover wave time once the path is clear. Auto skip is fine on City Easy once the miner is down. After the win, take the coins and the crate roll. Do not immediately reroll gems hoping for an Exclusive. Read the early-game tier list before you lock a crate toilet into a slot you needed for income.

Loadout for the rest of hour one

A usable first loadout is: one miner, one cheap single-target DPS, one area or splash toilet if you have it, and two flex slots. Flex means “whatever the crate gave you,” not “four exclusives and no income.” UFO, Scientist, Glitch, Rocket, Toxic School, Flying Bus, DJ, and Beta Toilet are exclusive units — strong when you can afford to place them, useless if they replace the miner.

Use the loadout planner if you are staring at five names and cannot decide. Trading exists; do not trade the only miner on the account.

AFK coins and Premium

The lobby AFK area pays coins while you are idle. Premium doubles those AFK coins and does nothing else that hour one cares about. Full pad rules, mobile disconnects, and when the pass is worth Robux sit on AFK farm. It does not double match rewards, it does not skip the 20-minute code lock, and it does not raise infect chance. If you already sit in the lobby between matches, Premium is a farm multiplier. If you only log in to clear one map, skip the pass and spend the time on City Medium instead.

Farm AFK after the first win while you read how to play. That page is the loop you will repeat for the next hundred matches: join platform, place, upgrade, skip, win, crate.

What not to touch yet

Do not queue Boss Mode. Easy Boss Mode is 20 waves with named cameraman bosses; it assumes a miner that already prints cash. Do not queue Endless for the Ultimate Titan badge. Do not spend the 10x Infect gamepass on a roster that cannot kill Laser Cameraman. Do not badge-hunt Clock Tower, Computer Base, or Pencil Castle until City Hard is comfortable.

The correct second map is still City — Medium, then Hard — or Toilet Lab Easy. Parasite attempts start after you can finish a map without selling everything on wave 12. When you are ready, how to parasite and Boss Mode are the next pair, not a crate binge.

Hour-two checklist after City Easy

Hour two is where most new accounts leak progress. They either sit on the AFK pad forever or they jump into Hard Boss Mode with four unupgraded starters. Use this list in order and stop when the hour is gone.

Redeem any code you skipped during the fight. If Redeem still rejects, you are under 20 minutes or you typed the wrong case — check the codes list again before assuming the gift died. Spend coin dumps on miner upgrades inside the next City run, not on lobby impulse buys you cannot equip.

Queue City Medium with the same five-slot rule: miner stays in the loadout. If Medium stalls, you do not have an income problem on Easy, you have an upgrade-order problem. Re-read the place-then-upgrade section in how to play and sell the extra copies that are eating the cap. City Hard is the first real roster check; clear it before you collect North Pole or Bottom Floor badges just because the names look seasonal.

Open one crate if you have gems from TvBook or a similar gift, then freeze. Compare the pull to the early-game tier list and the exclusive units page. A Godly or Shiny tag is not permission to drop the miner. If the crate is a duplicate, keep the extra for later fusion or trade only after you have a second economy toilet.

Park on the AFK pad while you skim maps and pick tomorrow’s badge. Premium 2x is a nice multiplier if you already AFK; it is not a substitute for finishing City Hard. When City Hard is done and a miner is still in slot one, you are allowed to open Boss Mode on Easy and treat the first Laser Cameraman as a parasite roll, not as the end of the tutorial. Until then, hour two is City, codes, and one crate — nothing else.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Toilet Verse Tower Defense questions.

Why will my Toilet Verse Tower Defense codes not redeem?

You need 20 minutes in the experience first, then exact case. Wait on the AFK pad or in City Easy, then follow how to redeem.

What does Premium actually do for a new player?

Premium doubles AFK-area coins. It does not double match cash, skip the code timer, or improve parasite chance.

Which map should I play first?

City on Easy. Take the City Easy badge, then City Medium, then City Hard or Toilet Lab Easy. Save Boss Mode and Endless for later.

Do I need an exclusive unit in the first hour?

No. A miner plus a cheap DPS toilet will clear City Easy. Exclusives help after you can afford to place them — see exclusive units.

When should I start parasitizing bosses?

After City Hard feels stable and you can finish Easy Boss Mode. The infect steps are on how to parasite.
